B2B Reception & Guarantee Protocol

Plants are living organisms. To protect your investment against any logistical incidents during transit, we operate under a strict reception protocol:

  • Certified Departure: We never ship diseased plants. Your order is backed by your prior visual approval and the official CE Plant Passport.

  • The CMR Rule: Any transport damage must be explicitly written on the driver's transport document (CMR) before signing. Without this note, transport agencies will reject any claims.

  • 48-Hour Claim Window: Claims require photographs and the annotated CMR within 48 hours of delivery. Once the plant has been transplanted into its final location, survival is not guaranteed.
